Ms. Nash has more than eighteen years of concentrated experience in the area of legal professional development. As a counselor and coach, she supports lawyers in identifying personal and professional goals, and assists them in developing a strategy to achieve those goals.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE
For the last two decades, Michelle Nash has counseled and coached attorneys on all aspects of professional development. She has developed and presented seminars and workshops on a wide range of legal career development issues. Ms. Nash has served in a leadership capacity with professional organizations and published articles on topics relating to professional development. Her areas of expertise include:
- Supporting attorneys through the self-assessment, career exploration, and transition process
- Administering, interpreting and facilitating workshops on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Strong Interest Inventory
