During her 2 1/2 years at Ropes, Margie provided counseling and coaching to the firm's associates on numerous issues including self-assessment, goal setting, career planning and advancement, and career transition both within and outside the firm. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Margie served as Assistant Director at Harvard Law School's Office of Career Services for 8 years. Margie practiced law in Boston for 8 years before her move to career counseling. She focused on labor and employment law in both private law firms and at the Boston University Office of the General Counsel.

Margie received her J.D. from Northeastern University and her B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is MBTI certified.
