| Kathleen Post brings more than fifteen years of experience as a consultant, business executive, and professional coach to her work with individual clients and law firms. She has coached attorneys at all levels of seniority in areas that include self awareness, leadership/management skills, time and project management, communication skills, professional development, and work-life integration. Ms. Post has extensive experience in the design of 360– and 180–degree leadership and management skills evaluation instruments for the legal industry, including the FDCC Leadership Institute and multiple AmLaw 100 firms. Kathleen is the author of the chapter on coaching in the legal industry in Maximizing Law Firm Profitability published by the Law Journal Press and author of Time Management: The Three Keys and Three Stumbling Blocks in THE Lawyer's Career Management Handbook published by West. Ms. Post has a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Georgetown University with an interdisciplinary concentration in psychology/philosophy and focus on transformational learning. She has completed multiple International Coaching Federation (ICF)-Accredited certification programs and is certified to administer and interpret numerous personality inventories, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and STRONG Interest Inventory.
