Kathleen Post is a leadership coach and consultant with Shannon & Manch. A former marketing and communications director and consultant within the corporate arena, Kathleen brings more than fifteen years of success and innovation as a team leader to her coaching and consulting work.

Prior to joining Shannon & Manch and developing her own coaching practice, Ms. Post held management positions within the marketing and communications field and worked as a consultant to corporations and nonprofits. With creative leadership and teambuilding as a specialty, Kathleen assisted her teams in finding innovative new ways to achieve and exceed personal and corporate objectives.
