Kathleen brings more than fifteen years of success and innovation as a consultant, corporate executive, and professional coach to her work with clients and law firms. Her specialties include issues related to leadership development, mentoring, evaluation, and career development. In a professional coaching capacity, she works one-on-one with individual lawyers to help them develop greater self awareness and expand personal performance and productivity. Kathleen has successfully coached associates and partners on goals related to time management, organizational skills, enhanced communications, leadership, career planning, delegation and management, and work-life vision.
