Kathleen Post is a leadership coach and consultant with Shannon & Manch. As a coach, Ms. Post specializes in leadership development and transformational learning, working with clients to expand personal performance, communication and interpersonal skills, develop workplace effectiveness, create healthy work-life balance and manage successful career transitions. One of the approaches Kathleen uses in her coaching, ontological coaching, is considered one of the most sophisticated and effective coaching methodologies in its ability to go beyond mere strategies and skills to create lasting change within individuals and organizations. A former marketing and communications director and consultant within the corporate arena, Kathleen brings more than fifteen years of success and innovation as a team leader to her coaching and consulting work.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Shannon & Manch and developing her own coaching practice, Ms. Post held management positions within the marketing and communications field and worked as a consultant to corporations and nonprofits. With creative leadership and teambuilding as a specialty, Kathleen assisted her teams in finding innovative new ways to achieve and exceed personal and corporate objectives.
