Diane is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation and has over ten years of experience coaching lawyers, entrepreneurs and business people at every level. Her professional experience includes founding Diane M. Costigan Coaching, Senior Director of Professional Development and Organizational Effectiveness at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP (now Dewey & LeBoeuf), and Executive Coach & Consultant at Firm Leader Inc. She was one of fifteen coaches selected to coach participants in a leadership development program at a national law firm, has created and implemented comprehensive professional development models, and has published several times in The New York Law Journal and the National Law Journal. She has also been a guest columnist for The New York Law Journal, Coach's Corner column, as well as writing as a regular columnist for The Complete Lawyer.
