Bryam Emden
International Consultant/Coach

Bryan was a partner in Mayer Brown, dealing with management and business issues as well as strategy. During this time, he was part of the leadership group and had responsibility for client work, developing key business relationships, and training junior members of his legal team. Bryan's approach is underpinned by over 20 years practicing law and four years as a non-executive director of a PLC. Bryan works at Board– and Partner–level and assists in transition work from one organization to another as well as coaching individuals taking on more senior positions. Bryan has a law degree and was qualified as a solicitor in 1981. He also has a Diploma in Psychology, as well as in Executive Coaching. He also has various other trainings in Mindfulness, Performance Coaching, and Group Analysis.

Gerard Hargreaves
International Consultant/Coach

Gerard brings over 20 years of business experience in training and development to his coaching work. His consultancy work specializes in helping organizations identify training needs in addition to designing and delivering development programs to individuals and groups. He has broadcast on both television and radio and written books on Time Management and Stress Management. His latest book is Managing in the Email Office. For 11 years, Gerard held senior appointments at MaST International before joining the Institute of Directors in 1998 as Head of The Centre for Director Development. There he successfully developed one-to-one executive coaching programs for directors and senior executives. Gerard has worked with organizations such as Equitas, JP Morgan, CMS Cameron McKenna, TLT Solicitors, Howes Percival Solicitors, Deutsche Bank, Harrods, Kurt Geiger, Coca Cola, Janssen-Cilag, and the Institute of Directors. Gerard has worked extensively with Cameron McKenna's foreign offices.

Peter McKenzie
International Consultant/Coach

Peter has 17 years in-house experience with talent development in leading organizations and has worked extensively in the US, Africa, all European zones, and the Far East. He has held significant leadership and management positions in Barclays, Glaxo Welcomer and the Wellcome Foundation. In the professional services sector he was the head of Global Learning and Development at Herbert Smith and at Ernst & Young he we was the New Partner Development Director. Peter is qualified in a number of profiling tools and has been a coach for over 5 years.

Alistair Roberts
International Consultant/Coach

Alistair is a coach, concentrating mainly on the performance, leadership, and business development challenges facing individuals or groups. He works largely in the legal profession, in which he has held senior people and business development roles for 16 years. In 2005, he graduated from the Meyler Campbell School of Coaching, accredited by the Law Society. In addition, he is qualified to conduct and interpret the Thomas International Personality Profile Analysis. Examples of Alistair's engagements include the following:

  • Individual coaching programs for two managing partners and two managing directors, as well as several partners in top 50 firms.
  • Coaching new partners individually and collectively of a large London firm and a large regional firm.
  • Assisting the partners in a firm's practice group to restructure and refocus to meet their business plan, which included group and individual coaching.

Educated at Cambridge University and The Royal Military College of Science (RMCS), Shrivenham (Cranfield University), Alistair retired from the Army in 1993. He joined the Norton Rose M5 Group of commercial law firms as its Training and Development Director. In 1998 he was appointed as the Professional Development Director of Eversheds, with a seat on its operational executive, responsible for driving the integration of the seven member firms into a single partnership, including the introduction of a standardized appraisal and promotion system and a career structure with associated development programs.

Adrienne Rosen
International Consultant/Coach

With 5 years experience as a coach and 15 years experience as a Human Resources and Management Development Practitioner, Adrienne combines her coaching work with being the organization's head of assessment and research. She has great experience in delivering 360 degree feedback using Cedar's TT 360 tool, which she helped to research and devise. Adrienne has coached in such organizations as UBS, Grosvenor, BT, Shell Europe, Scandia Bank, Deutsche Bank and she built a successful HR career in financial services, management consultancy, building services, and retailing. She sat on the executive committee for an International Global Private Bank. Much of Adrienne's current work is in the professional services sector. Adrienne is a Visiting Lecturer at Cass, City Business School and also has an MBA from Cass, City Business School. As part of her MBA Adrienne researched the characteristics of successful Eurobond traders and subsequently looked at management competencies in an international bank. More recently, Adrienne has been researching characteristics of successful Chief Executives and Senior Managers. Adrienne is trained and licensed to use a wide variety of psychometric tools including: SHL OPQ, SHL MQ, MBTI, FIRO B, the Innovation Potential Indicator, and Benchmarks.

Weedie Sisson
International Consultant/Coach

Weedie has held Director-level and senior management HR roles in several professional services organizations in a variety of sectors including legal, construction, financial, and hospitality. Some of her key achievements include the following:

  • Increasing the bottom line through optimizing peoples' behaviors/contribution to the business
  • Organizational change introducing technology and restructuring roles and responsibilities
  • Cultural change during expansion and mergers
  • Design, delivery, and facilitation of talent management and coaching programs
  • Improvement of organizational performance through effective leadership and people management

Underpinning her practical experience, Weedie holds MBA and Psychology degrees and has formal coaching qualifications through Meyler Campbell, accredited by the Law Society and WABC. In addition, she is certified to administer MBTI® and FIRO-B®, is Chair of the London HR Connection, Fellow of the CIPD, and member of the Association for Coaching and British Psychological Society's Special Group for Coaching.

Weedie has held HR Director roles in two top 100 law firms and her coaching and consultancy work is focused on the legal sector.
