Shannon & Manch helps legal employers create mentoring programs suited to the needs of their lawyers and the unique environment of their firm. Our approach is practical and based on the understanding that there is no one right approach to mentoring. Training for Mentors and Mentees

Mentoring programs are rarely successful if participants are not given the tools they need to make the best use of this type of relationship. We design substantive, interactive programming that give both mentors and mentees the tools they need to get off to a great start and make the best use of their time together. Mentors receive skills training in communication skills, support in getting the relationship off to a good start, and creative ideas on ways to be a supportive mentor. Mentees gain advice on how they can become full participants in the relationship and make it meaningful to their personal professional development goals.
