Training for Mentors and Mentees
We design substantive, interactive programming that give both mentors and mentees the tools they need and make the best use of their time together. Mentors receive skills training in communication skills, support in getting the relationship off to a good start, and creative ideas on ways to be a supportive mentor. Mentees gain advice on how they can become full participants in the relationship and make it meaningful to their personal professional development goals.
