Upward and 360° for Law Firms

We are one of the few experienced consulting firms available to assist law firms in offering confidential, developmental upward review processes of supervisory lawyers. Utilizing our web-based, confidential client portal to conduct the reviews or our experienced consultants to interview lawyer populations, we assist firms in implementing and managing this important mechanism for gathering feedback on the supervisory and leadership skills of senior lawyers.
